At Sedona Ranch in Odessa, TX, your furry friends are family! With no weight restrictions and a cozy community, you’ll find the perfect pet-friendly haven. Bring up to two pets along for just $20 or $30 monthly rent. Life's better with a wagging tail or gentle purr at your side!
Our Pet Policy
- Cats & Dogs Welcome! Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
- No Weight Limit!
- 1-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $300 for 1 Pet, $400 for 2 Pets
- Refundable Pet Deposit - $300 for 1 Pet, $400 for 2 Pets
- Monthly Pet Rent - $20 for 1 Pet, $30 for 2 Pets
- Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
